Community Disability Resource Fair

Foundation for Accessible Music is excited to partner with New Belgium Brewing Company to host a Community Disability Resource Fair and Artisan Market.

The goal of this event is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals with disabilities and their families, alongside the community, can connect with organizations, services, and community resources in a fun and engaging environment.

All proceeds from this event directly support music therapy scholarships in and accessibility initiatives through Foundation for Accessible Music in THIS community.

What to Expect

Date: Saturday, May 9th, 2026

Location: New Belgium Brewing – Liquid Center (500 Linden Street, Fort Collins)

Vendor Load-In: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Event Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (taproom opens at 12 PM for a soft opening)

Vendor Space: 10x10 space either on the outdoor turf or the indoor community room (dependent on numbers and first-come-first-served.)

Supplies: Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, pop-up canopy, and canopy weights. (No stakes are allowed in the turf.)

Activities: We ask each organization to bring an interactive element to engage attendees—such as a yard game, small craft activity, demonstration, or other hands-on experience.

Accessibility: Organizations should be prepared to share information about their services/program and how they support accessibility for people of all abilities.

We’re building an Artisan Market

In addition to the resource fair, we will be hosting an Artisan Market featuring business owners with disabilities who would like to sell their products or services “farmers market style”. If you know individuals in the community who may be interested in participating in this portion of the event, we would greatly appreciate any connections you can help us make by emailing info@foundationforaccessiblemusic.org

How to Be Involved

Vendor Participation- Two ways to participate! Proceeds directly support music therapy scholarships and accessibility initiatives through Foundation for Accessible Music.

  • Table Sponsorship: $100-reserves a 10x10 booth space either on the New Belgium Lawn or in the Community Room, booth inclusion on the event passport, and name listing on the website

  • Passport Sponsor: $250-reserves a 10x10 booth, logo and booth inclusion in the event passport, logo and name listing on event website, name listing on social media announcements, collaborative acknowledgment on social media

  • Non-Participant Donor: any amount to support the inclusive programming and music therapy access funds through Foundation for Accessible Music is tax-deductible and will be listed in the donor acknowledgement on the Foundation website.
